Gluten Free Toowoomba Ramen | Viral Tiktok Recipe | Daily Cooking Vlog
Toowoomba is a trendy pasta dish in Korea that has been trending for quite some time now. Toowoomba is actually a region in Australia. I think in Korea Toowoomba is a restaurant similar to our Outback steak house in US. Some of my favorite Korean foodie vloggers have made this dish and once I figured out my gluten free Shin Ramen recipe I had to give this a try as well. The Shin ramen recipe is a sort of short cut version. This is typically made with pasta but I will be using ramen instead. Also the actual pasta feature lots of seafood and I just use whatever I had on hand. I also make a spicy pickle to accompany this creamy ramen dish.
Gluten Free Shin Ramen
Sauce
1 t red pepper paste
1 t red chili flakes
2 t soy sauce
1 t chicken bouillon
1 t mushroom seasoning
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1-2 cups hot water
gluten free ramen
For the rest
Lotus Gluten Free Ramen
1/2 onion
1-2 hot peppers sliced
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup protein (use whatever you like)
10 oz milk (or half heavy cream and milk)
Oiji seasoned pickles
2-3 packs of sliced kosher pickles
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
