Geek stuff for the record :
Kirk is playing his ‘64 Strat (refretted, middle pickup replaced) through a Lazy J 20, almost out of shot behind him.
Ramon is playing a ‘61/2 shoreline gold Strat through a 633 Drive King 50 head and 1 x 12 cab with Celestion G12M-75 Creamback.
Bob is playing a ‘58 ‘burst through a Mystic Blue Star 100 Head, Catulator fx interface for master volume and Thiele-ported EV12L 1 x 12 cab.
We used a room which I’d had to empty while some building work is happening, hence the echoes and therefore no reverbs added. We only had one mic and a phone, hence some of the other sounds being a bit recessive. Kirk was the star of the show and we wanted to make sure we captured him best.
