This week we're bringing back a skill from the shallow end and incorporating it into deep water work. Very important to practice the skill in both shallow and deep water.

Sigma Swimming is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable athletic organization that was founded in 2009. Originally formed to meet the needs of 40 swimmers, Sigma grew from 1 location to 17 locations, with our 18th location being our first stand-alone aquatics facility.
