We're in the conference room and Misha sees kids walk by. He is really excited! I think he wants to go outside and play with them. He is saying Peekaboo! He is such a fun, big, bird!
Misha is a Moluccan cockatoo that I adopted. This video was taken about a 2 weeks after I got him, at work in the office. I hope that it's obvious that the cage on the table is his TRAVEL CAGE. His tail feathers are messed up from being in a temp home in a cage that was too small, and he frequently leans back on them for balance.
His toes are bent weirdly due to a congenital birth defect. He was never abused that we know of or can tell (more than being kept in a small cage for about 6 months, which was the reason why his previous owner took him back and surrendered him to the rescue I was volunteering with).
