Brian Eslick from How to Automotive [ Ссылка ] go's on a trip to Milwaukee to see some new tools from Milwaukee Tool at their 2024 Pipeline event. Designed for the professional paint technician, the M12 FUEL 6" Random Orbital Sander
is optimized to supplement pneumatic solutions within shops. The M12 FUEL Random Orbital
Sanders " delivers the power to confidently sand clear coat, ultimate sanding control, and
the runtime of sanding body filler on up to 5 doors per M12 REDLITHIUMTM HIGH OUTPUTTM
CP2.5 Battery Pack. Our POWERSTATE Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS intelligence
provides the user with the confidence to remove clear coat at low RPMs without stopping pad
rotation. The 6" Random Orbital Sander has a throw of 3/32" to deliver a paint-ready finish for
the paint technician. The innovative ergonomic shape of the palm grip, speed dial, and variable
speed trigger allow users a range of 3,200 – 12,000 RPMs. This enables the user to have the
ultimate control while sanding over curved body panels and feathering paint. When paired with
the included Milwaukee Tool 6" Backing Pads - Soft, the pad and tool combination is optimized
for vibration for long durations of usage along with the preferred removal rate of clear coat.
Replacements for the 6" Soft Backing Pads, in two variations for Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive
or Hook and Loop, will be available separately. Equipped with a new-to-world, tool-free backing
pad change to eliminate the stress and potential damage of the tool when changing pads. The
vacuum port allows users to remove debris from the work surface while sanding, both left and
right ports are included with the tool to enable users to change the direction of ingress removal.
