No intension to compare these beautiful tone machines! Both guitars are awesome! LG-2 is perfect for chords, with powerful punchy mids that provide clarity in all strings even with very soft picking! HD-28VS on the other hand gives a boomy defined sound that is perfect for muted rythm patterns. Both give a nice vintage sound for picking, fingerstyle or slide, though each one in its unique way!
