HP Stream 14-ax029la Complete Disassembly

HP Stream 14 or even HP Stream 11 are mostly similar in nature. In that, the steps are almost the same if not exactly the same.

If you are willing to upgrade the SSD or HDD, then I should disappoint you, it's inbuilt in this series of models. You can not upgrade it.

Same thing with the fan, you can not clean the fan as there is no fan. It's pretty much fanless (that's no fun!)

If you are willing to upgrade the RAM or memory, it comes with one slot for DDR3 memory, that you can upgrade to 8GB, assuming you are using the same speed.

Screen for HP Stream 14" is 14" LED 30pin LED screen the resolution is standard 1366x768.

If you have entire case broken, they you are in the right place. As I perform complete 360 step-by-step of removing everything from inside, and reassembling it back together.

You can also, remove the wifi card or replace the LAN card by simply disconnecting the cable and remove the one screws, that holding it in place. NOTE: make sure, its at 45 degree before you pull it out.

Also, you can replace the keyboard on HP Stream 14 by replacing the entire area that holds that keyboard, palmrest.
