Gina Carano actually kicked a stunt performer so hard that they went flying back during filming of episode 4. Bryce Dallas Howard thought it was a hilarious prank as she watched it on the monitor, and she asked everyone who had attached a wire. She was very surprised to find out that there was no wire, and it was not a prank.
