Mango Park resident Gregory Chambers has had enough with unauthorized people coming into his neighborhood and taking over his local park. Mr. Chambers is suing Althea Phillips for having a birthday party for her daughter at the park near his home. Unfortunately for him, all parks are public which means Mrs. Phillips and her family are well within their rights. Now Judge Porter must deliver justice and show this man who is truly in charge in Mango Park.
