Here are a few College Coach's Recruiting Rules:
- Recruiting comes first - it's the blood line to the program
- Have connections to people that know about players
- Understand your needs for each class
- Have high standards - bring on better players each year
- See player(s) 2-3+ times to confirm it's a good fit
- Confirm good character from people around him
