WTS project description:
The display(HMI-28x) is installed together with a radio module(PIO-P8x), in a forklift which pulls four trailers. Each of the four trailers also has a radio module which controls all the lights(turn-signal, brake-signal, side-markers, work-light etc.) and a door. This makes the trailers completely wireless, and the forklift can therefore quickly and easily disconnect the trailers and start loading/unloading goods that are protected by the remote-controlled door.
for safety, all the trailers send information back to the forklift's display, about the status of doors, whether the lights are using the correct current, battery status, etc.
All described functions in this project (WTS) are customer-specific wishes. But the possibilities are endless, and the system can easily be adapted to other purposes, with just a small firmware upgrade.
The design on the front panel can be easily changed if you want a different shape, logo, text, colors, etc.
