Happy's Level 3 Apprenticeship Programme is designed for first-time managers, supervisors and team leaders. It's open to any staff of any age, with no minimum work experience required. On the programme, you will learn how to create teams based on trust and empowerment, based around the principles of The Happy Manifesto.
