water in a jug
2 medium onions finely blitzed
1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes also blitzed
1 teaspoon:
salt
chilli powder
coriander powder
garam masala & dried fenugreek leaves
2 bay leaves, 1 black cardamom pod and 2 small cinnamon sticks
1 piece of frozen ginger and garlic - 1/2 teaspoon each if you're using the paste
4/5 green chillies sliced halfway up
fresh coriander to garnish
