Soft white underbelly's Mark Laita who appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast

We visited Los Angeles skid row in 2022 and witnessed the homeless crisis of LA. In this video we bumped into Mark Laita from soft white underbelly, the YouTube channel who has 4.4 million subscribers. He also shared some stories with us about some of the things that happen in and around skid row LA. In fact, having the opportunity to meet and talk with Mark Laita from soft white underbelly was probably one of the highlights to our visit to skid row in Los Angeles. Skid row is home to the largest population of homeless in LA, with an estimated 11,000 people. The homeless crisis has increased over the years and it's not getting any better. The video explores the issue of homelessness and how it affects the city of LA. After seeing the conditions there with the homeless situation, we hope there are going to be steps are being taken by both local and federal governments to address homelessness in America's second largest city.

Skid row is a district in downtown Los Angeles, California. It is the largest and most populous skid row in North America. It’s been predicted that in the near future, Skid Row will be home to more than 20,000 homeless people. The crisis will be worsened by the lack of affordable housing and unemployment.


Mark was a cool guy and gave us a lot of time, after appearing as a guest on Joe rogan racking up millions of views I'm sure his channel will have grown massively.
