Use a can opener and open a can of beer. Drop your garlic cloves into your beer. Gently place your whole chicken onto the beer holder. Add your vegetables of choice to your baking dish cut them and top them with EVOO and salt, pepper and garlic. Doing this first will make it easier so you did not disrupt your chicken. Clean your chicken and place it onto your chicken holder. Make sure your chicken is dry. Melt your butter and add in the rest of the ingredients. Then rub your chicken with the mixture making sure to get it underneath the skin. Bake at 435° for about an hour on the lowest rack in your oven. For the last hour or so turn the heat down two 375°. If your chicken comes out looking brown it is not burnt the skin will get crispy but the inside of the chicken will remain juicy. Enjoy!!
