Then you might want to consider the cabbage soup diet for weight loss.
7 Day Diet Plan

Day 1
As much of the soup as you want at each meal plus the listed fruits : Apples, Oranges, Tangerines, Satsumas,Cantaloupes, Watermelons,Pears,Plums,Peaches,Papayas and pumpkin.
Day 2
Eat as much of the soup and listed vegetables plus a baked potato.
Vegetables: Asparagus, beans sprouts, Broccoli,Cabbage, Cauliflower,Celery,Cucumbers,Eggplant,Green beans, Mushrooms,Okra,Peppers,,radishes,spinach, tomatoes and zucchini.
Day 3
Eat soup as much as you want plus fruits and vegetables.
Day 4
Through out the day eat 8 bananas and drink 8 glasses of skimmed milk plus soup.
Day 5
Eat as many tomatoes as you want, 1 1/2 pounds of meat(beef, chicken or fish) plus the soup.
Day 6
Eat as much of the vegetables as you want, 1 1/2 pounds of meat plus the soup.
Day 7
Cook 1 1/3 pounds of brown rice and eat 1/3 of the rice at each meal along with any of the vegetables plus the soup.
