Jean Francois, Sylvie and Alain from Switzerland who travelled in December 2021, escaping the madness of the 'civilised world' for the healing balm of nature.
They visited Setari in the Okavango and Muchenje Safari Lodge in Chobe before swapping lodge luxuries for an adventure camping with owner operated Kangara Safaris in Khwai and Moremi. Their trip ended with a unique African Horseback Safari at Macatoo Camp.
They have beautifully captured the magical colours and light we have in the 'green season', the iridescent glow at sunrise and sunset and vibrant green of fresh grasses are stunning.
Highlights include hippos grazing, a glimpse of a wildebeest calf, necking giraffe, frolicking kudu, zebra and tsessebe and lions feasting and drinking - what else would these majestic beasts be doing!
