Kevin O'Sullivan is joined by Talk's international editor Isabel Oakshott to discuss Labour's new workers' rights that has now come into effect.
It will allow employees the right to launch unfair dismissal claims from when they begin their jobs, to have flexible working and four day work week.
On the issue Kevin says "Labour have found a problem that doesn't exist" and calls the party "infantile idiots."
