Full review for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2

The Galaxy Note II, much inherits the nature inspired design of the Galaxy S III. Ergonomic look and feel combined with power and prowess, the Note II is deviously attractive and smart. Packing a powerful 1.6 GHz quad core processor (one of the fastest in the mobile computing world) and 2 GB RAM, launching applications, watching HD videos and playing HD games is child's play on this device. It runs smooth no matter what you throw at it and the hardware supports it all the way through!
The body, as most Samsung products, is plastic and that's why even a device as big as the Note II weighs only 183 gms. Sure it is heavier than the iPhone 5 and the S III, but then why compare it to the mobile phone category when this belongs to the Samsung lead "phablet" category! The device is surprisingly thin at just 9.4 mm thickness.
With the Note II, Samsung has introduced the concept of contextual UI. The Note II is intelligent enough to lay applications in front of you that make more sense to use when you pull out the S Pen or when you plug in the ear phones or dock it to a desktop dock! So it recognizes these gestures, and presents to you applications that are specific to the action you performed. Things couldn't have been more intuitive.
Samsung knew that they built a big device and that using it with one hand could be extremely frustrating. So they helped us out with the One Hand Operation feature with which you can have a compressed keyboard and have it left or right aligned to assist you in using it with a single hand.
The display of the Samsung Galaxy Note II is an HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720p spread over a screen estate of 5.5 inches. Now that's huge and I LOVE IT. I watch most of my pending episodes from various TV shows while I travel to work and I tell myself, "what a wonderful screen". But obvious: it's a 5.5 inch gigantic screen that plays full HD videos from end to end on the screen without any black spaces on the sides.
The 8 MP camera sticking at the back of the device is powered by LED flash and supports Autofocus/Tap to focus. It records videos at 1080p full HD frames and frame rate of 30. The secondary front facing camera is a 1.9 MP sensor also capable of recording HD videos (720p).
