INGREDIENTS
900g potatoes (peeled and cut into small pieces)
250g extra mature Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 free-range eggs
Butter (to taste, about 50g)
Milk (to mix, about 100ml)
1 or 2tsp Dijon mustard or 3 teaspoons English mustard powder
salt and pepper, to season
This is really easy to make and takes about 20-25 minutes in the oven 😀
