A short visit to the Bala Lake Railway to see some of the goings on at the shed where we see Quarry Hunslet 0-4-0STs 'Holy War' & 'Alice'. 'Holy War' was being prepared for the first train of the day whilst 'Alice' seemed to be under going a steam test up to full working pressure. We see 'Holy War' moving off shed to fill up with water. Alice's safety valves now lifting it looks like she passed with flying colours. 'Holy War' is then seen again, running round the stock then moving forward onto it. Fellow Quarry Hunslet 'Maid Marian' can be seen in shed. 'Holy War' is then seen passing 'Alice' on the first train of the day.
