Was great to hang with my mate over the week and we decided to do a video! Chris has been so supportive of my channel and he has been talking about adding more plant based options into his life!

I am so excited that he has expressed interest in plant based eating and he has decided to do a no meat/plant based November! I will get him to definitely watch Earthlings and Dominion next!
