Former Johannesburg Mayor Dr Mpho Phalatse is heading to the high court to declare a recent council meeting unlawful. Phalatse was ousted in a motion of no confidence last month following a failed court application to interdict the council sitting. She had since declared that she remains Johannesburg Mayor pending her court application today.
