Full uncommented playthrough of the first episode of SUPER 3-D NOAH'S ARK called 'CARL THE CAMEL'. Played on hard skill and 100% kills, secrets and fruits. This longplay shows the 2015 PC Windows version of the game available via Steam.

SUPER 3-D NOAH'S ARK was originally released by Wisdom Tree in 1994 for the Super Nintendo (one of the platform's few unlicensed games). The title uses id Software's WOLFENSTEIN 3D engine. Its 30 levels are split into six episodes. A first PC version was released for MS-DOS in 1995 which already featured floor and ceiling textures (a big improvement compared to Wolfenstein 3D). The 2015 Steam version adds some features such as improved mouse controls and widescreen resolution. It also comes with the original DOS port.

In this biblical title, you are in control of Noah who wanders around the ark in order to regain control of all the wild animals that escaped their cages and are now on a rampage. Your mission in at risk and order can only be restored by putting the cute beasts back to sleep. You do so by feeding (shooting) them. At the end of each episode, a tricky boss animal is challenging your god-given feeding skills.

At some points during the game, you are given the chance to master a number of bible trivia questions. Should you give the correct answer, you are rewarded with bonus items like health and ammunition. Wrong answers will not have negative consequences. Just to let you know: I'm not shooting for all correct answers in this longplay. I know nothing about Noah and the bible - so you will see me fail a lot at those segments.

Don't let the game's cute presentation trick you: SUPER 3-D NOAH'S ARK is a hard and tricky game. At some points, probably even harder than the original WOLFENSTEIN 3D. However, once you get into it, the game is surprisingly fun and dishes out similarily intense action as id's title.
