How to "MAKE" DRUNKEN CHICKEN in a Zip-lock bag with this super easy recipe!!
What is it?
Chinese Drunken Chicken is a popular dish eaten during the summer since it's served COLD! Don't eat too much or you might actually get a little bit drunk!! Learn with my super simple recipe :)

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Chicken wings (about 1lb)
- Shaohsing rice wine (1 cup)
- Green onion (1 stalk)
- Ginger
- Salt
- Sugar
- Sesame oil
- Chicken stock (1/2 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Boil water with ginger slices, remove ginger after water boils
2) Add chicken and cook for 15 mins high-heat, and then 10 mins low-heat. Strain chicken and rinse in cold water. Leave aside to cool off.
3) To make the sauce, mix together the following:
- Shaohsing rice wine (1 cup)
- Chicken stock (1/2 cup)
- Salt (as desired, but more is better!)
- Sugar (1 spoon)
4) Put chicken and sauce together inside a zip-lock bag. Add cut green onions and a couple drops of Sesame oil. MIX IT WELL!!!
5) Leave overnight for at least 24 hours
6) Open and serve! =)
