Penang state legislative assembly speaker Law Choo Kiang has been nominated to continue serving for another term, Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow announced today.
Law, who did not contest in the recent polls, was PKR’s state assemblyman for Bukit Tengah.
Chow said the first assembly sitting for the new term would begin in early June, with Law expected to preside over it.
