Sir, good afternoon .
It is submitted that a Case vide FIR No.924/24 dt. 07/10/24 U/s-21 NDPS Act Delhi was registered and accused Safikul S/O Sakil R/O Jhuggi E block infront of 05 No. School JJ colony Bawana Delhi was arrested with the recovery of 274 gram heroin (commercial quantity ).
During interrogation accused Safikul further disclosed that he procured heroin from lady namely Parveen and Bulbul @ Rajkumar.Thereafter today on dated 25/10/24 on the basis of a secret information, Bulbul @ RAjkumar S/o Shyam Babu R/o 6/62 Moti Nagar Basti Rama Road , age 38 years , his wife Mariam age 25 years and mother -in -law Parveen W/O Naushad 6/62 Moti Nagar Basti Rama Road Delhi age 40 years are arrested with the recovery of 378 gram heroin ( commercial quantity) from their car Brezza No DL 8CAZ 2492. The above car is registered with the name of Mariyam . Previously ,Bulbul involved in 4 cases of NDPS, his wife Mariyam involved in 2 NDPS cases and his mother -in -law Praveen Involved in 2 NDPS Act Cases.

4. FIR No. 158/21 u/ s 21/25/29 NDPS Act PS Timar pur Delhi.
Involvement of Praveen w/o Naushad -
1. FIR No. 197/2020 u/s 21/29 NDPS Act PS Crime Branch Delhi.
2. FIR No. 381/2021 u/s 21 NDPS Act PS Moti Nagar.
Involvement of Mariya w/o Bulbul @ Raj Kumar-
1. FIR No. 614/2022 u/s 21 NDPS Act PS Moti Nagar.
Further during course of investigation sections 25/29 NDPS Act have been also added in this case and investigation is in progress .
