Join us for a ride through the rugged mountains of Romania as we bring you highlights from the 15th edition of the Red Bull Romaniacs 2018. This hard enduro race is renowned for being one of the toughest in the world, and it attracts the best riders from around the globe.
In this video, we follow the action on Day 3 of the race as Wade Young secures a start-to-finish win over Manuel Lettenbichler and Jonny Walker. Despite the dominance of the top three riders, the day was marked by the retirements of Graham Jarvis and Taddy Blazusiak due to exhaustion and food poisoning, respectively.
The race took riders through the stunning Carpathian Mountains, with the competitors pushing through steep climbs, rocky terrain, and treacherous river crossings. After a 90km loop around the Straja ski resort, the riders made their way back to Sibiu, with the glorious sunshine providing some welcome respite from the grueling conditions.
