So, can you really make money reading emails?

Videos from channels like Cash Pro say you can. But after testing out this side hustle, I don't think it's legit.

I signed up for three get paid to read email sites: Paid To Read Email, Fusion Cash, and Volutic. These websites either paid me pennies for reading emails, banned me, or didn't even send emails in the first place. Overall, I think it would take weeks or months to ever get paid from these websites. Plus, a lot of the sites are kind of a scam and I don't even know if this side hustle is that safe.

Ultimately, I think signing up for job alerts or using platforms like User Interviews are better ways to make money with emails. And I don't think this side hustle is a good idea and is just clickbait at the end of the day.
