Ingredient List:
550 to 600 grams of bread flour + 7 grams of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
8 grams of dry yeast
1 egg
220 mg of warm milk
40 ml liquid vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients well to make a dough
Knead the dough well for 7 minutes

Rest the dough in a greased container with a lid in a warm place for one hour
Knead the puffed dough a little
Then form it into a ball
Divide the dough into 7 or 8 parts
and make each part into a round ball
Cover the balls with plastic
Open each ball and spin it like a movie
Then make the roll narrower and longer by moving and stretching a little
Place each roll in the spa for a few moments to moisten
Then roll in white sesame
Tie and style each roll like I did
Make small balls for the middle of the dough
Spread each ball by hand and roll the balls of dough like the film
Cut it in half and place it in the middle of the previous dough
Cover it with plastic and let it rest for 15 minutes
Apply egg yolk to the middle of the dough
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes
