A Marian prayer initiative started at the beginning of May. “Madre Ven” or in English “Mother come” is a prayer and pilgrimage event in Spain.

Before Lourdes, Fatima, or Knock, the first apparition of the Blessed Virgin was an act of bilocation around 40AD to St. James the Apostle. It happened here in the town of Zaragoza, Spain. Our Lady appeared to St. James to encourage him in his mission work in Roman Hispania or modern-day Spain.
