Sambar powder- 1 tbsp
Hing/Asafoetida - 1/4tsp
Salt -As needed
To Roast and Grind
Coriander seeds 1.5 tbsp
Channa dal 1 tbsp
Red chili 2 to 3
Sesame seed/Ellu 1/4 tsp
Coconut 3 tbsp
To Temper
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves Few
Coriander leaves 1tbsp(chopped)
