Ingredients:
1 whole fish (for this recipe I used Buri/Gray Mullet) or any other preferred fish
2 tbsp ghee or butter
2 medium onions, minced
2 pcs garlic, minced
3 tbsp green pepper, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 bouillon (maggi cube) for this recipe I used chicken flavor
1 tsp salt and pepper
4 tbsp water
