ABL PBL laminated tube production line/ making machines for toothpaste tubes, pharmaceutical tubes, cosmetic tubes, squeezable tubes, collapsible tubes line machines：
This video shows a complete laminated tube production line that we’ve just installed in China. This line is composed of a laminated tube body making machine (changing laminate rolls automatically), a JX120A automatic tube shoulder making machine (third generation), a tube sorting machine and a tube foiling & capping machine.
Limited by the speed of laminated tube body making machine, the maximum speed that this whole line could reach is 100 tubes/min for dia.40mm tubes. If JX120A tube shoulder making machine is running offline separately, it can reach maximum speeds of 100-120 shoulders/min for thinner tubes. All the ABL and PBL tubes among dia.16-dia.60mm can all be produced by this laminated tube line.
The JX120A tube shoulder making machine achieves CONTINUOUS compression moulding and holding with water cooling on UPRIGHT FIXED mandrels. This design and structure is the first and original creation in the world! Neither AISA nor Packsys Global has such similar tube shoulder making machines so far.
