Go back to the chapter 1 teleport starting location and kinda play around until the trigger shows. I don't know exactly what you have to do to make it appear but after some messing around it should. Then run in the exact directions in the exact order that I show in this video. And the Easter Egg will appear.

**NOTE**
After getting these three Easter Eggs you'll be able to shoot distant fire with normal attack. Only when on full health.
