Midleton Dair Ghaelach, a special bottle for another special occasion in 2022. A blend of pot still whiskies, aged between 14-28 years old, matured in American oak and then finished in Irish virgin oak that have been seasoned in sumptuous Spanish sunshine.
N.B - with water added, the whiskies woodier textures came out, much drier and a more green apple driven nose.
