Retail Investing is a Mistake

👉Getting in a position to purchase your first acquisition is the hardest part of growing any portfolio. (Unless you are a RETAIL investor)

👉That is, they BUY HOPE & PRAY that their purchase goes up in value. So essentially their equity generation is completely out of their control.
👉Thus, retail investors need to consistently save up for deposit and cost funds, or need to pay down existing loans to ensure they have adequate equity to roll into their next project.
