Can it handle:
✅ Load
✅ Speed
✅ Progression/Regression
If the answer is “no”, that exercise MAY fall more on the Rehab/Corrective/Assistance side of the white board. Those have their place, of course. BUT if the goal is development of athleticism, improving one’s sport, power output, coordination, balance, strength, etc., it’s got to answer to the above.
