If anyone has any ideas what is causing this loud noise at start, please let me know... I have checked the following: 10uF starting cap is good, electronics mounted to the fan housing are secured and cannot vibrate, fan wheel is tight on the shaft and it spins freely.

Furnace is a Goodman GMP100-4 (circa 2001)
