NZ Parliament speaker answers MP's question before MP can utter more then a few words.....I replied the answer from the Minister to Question 4 of the House dated 24062014 and do not, in my opinion think the Minister did answer the question directly.
Now when the Speaker follows up by effectly silencing several opposition MP's from asking a Point of Order, the public should start drawing a few conclusions.
