Once you strip and wax a floor, you must keep up with the floor and maintain it. Buffing it correctly with the right machines and chemical is important. Using a 2000 RPM buffing machine will get you the best results. Every time you buff it, it should at least look just how it did when you first waxed the floor. When you start to notice it getting more dull and not as good when buffing it then it is time to scrub and recoat it.
