2 cinnamon sticks
1 thumb ginger, peeled
Bring to a boil, simmer covered for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and strain contents, add raw honey to taste. Store in the fridge for 6-8 weeks.
Adults 1 tbsp per day for prevention, Children over 1 year take 1 tsp.
If actively sick I do smaller doses every few hours

1/4 C crushed garlic
1/4 C ginger root
Hot pepper (to taste)
Cinnamon sticks (to taste)
Organic Apple cider vinegar(with the "mother")
Raw Honey( to be added after a 3 week infusion)
prepare ingredients and place in a large glass jar. Cover with ACV by 3-4 inches and let sit 3-4 weeks in a warm spot. Strain out the herbs and add warm honey(to taste) to liquid. It should be hot, spicy and sweet. Store in the fridge for 4-6 months.
