It was a big day of climate change action in New York City with an extremely large march and rally for the cause of ending our dependence on fossil fuels. Marchers from all over the city and all over the world converged on midtown Manhattan and marched from 56th street and Broadway to the United Nations to demand changes to our policies regarding the usage of fossil fuels, and more action by lawmakers on climate change. Protestors held signs, chanted, and marched in the streets for roughly two hours. Afterwards a rally was held with many notable guest speakers.
