This presentation will provide several strategies and tips for teaching vocabulary to students. Many of these vocabulary teaching strategies can be used by a variety of different teachers through differing grade levels. Vocabulary lesson are also a part of this presentation. Some of the examples of teaching methods include having teachers incorporate a word wall, word of the week, utilizing context clues, making use of the vocabulary during classroom discussions, and much much more.
