Ingredients:-
3 cups Wheat flour
Ghee, as required
1½ cup Powdered Sugar
½ tsp. Cardamom powder
Almonds and pistachios, chopped
Method:-
- In kadhai melt ghee and roast wheat flour in it.
- Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add sugar, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios to it.
- Mix thoroughly with hands and make ladoos.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
Gavhache Ladoos are ready to eat!
