4. What was your last job?
Tip: to answer this question you should be honest and try to explain what are the things that you do on your last job.
If you don't have any work experience then you can try to answer anything related or near similar to a work experience that you have done before.. even in school.
Sample answer:
My last job was a Student Assistant at Silliman Library. What I do there is I sort, arrange, and organize books properly.
I also help students locate books for them to borrow.

5. What is your greatest strength?
Tip: another Bonus Question because once again you can say something good about yourself. But in this question make sure to answer the best skill that you have that is useful to a Call Center.
