Less than a month after wining the election, President-elect Barack Obama is moving swiftly to assemble a team to address the continuing turmoil in the U.S. and global economies. At a news conference on Tuesday, Mr. Obama named Peter Orszag to head the Office of Management and Budget in the new administration. And he described how wasteful government spending will be slashed.
