The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has dismissed claims by the Jubilee party that it favored the opposition while distributing BVR kits during the on-going voter registration.
The statement by the electoral body came shortly after Jubilee's head of secretariat Rafael Tuju claimed that IEBC exercised favoritism and was biased while distributing voter registration equipment.
And as Enock Sikolia reports, IEBC says efforts are being made to clean up its register of voters after cases of double registration increased.
