Having left Hungary, we headed to Austria with a Day in Slovakia
We travelled through the Austrian Countryside to arrive in Vienna, for former center of the Hapsburg Empire.
After a bit of exploring we took the opportunity to attend an evening of Viennes Culture in the "City of Music" at a concert performance of Classical Masterpieces of Mozar and Strauss (two of Vienna's most famous citizens.)
The next day we began our guided tour with a visit to Schonbrunn Palace (the former residence of the Hapsburg Emporers.
Then, we made our way along the famous Ringstrasse, and viewed the Votive church, City Hall, Parliament, and walked through the Hofburg courtyards to view the State Opera.
Later that afternoon, we also visited the Hapsburg Treasurey, and the Imperial Crypt.
The following day, was our trip to Slovakia, visiting the Old Town, and Castle Hill via both guided walking tour and self guided adventures.
Finally, that evening, we were able to enjoy the evening first taking an a ride through the Vienna Woods, to Mount Kahlenberg, the enjoying traditional Austrian country Dinner. That particular place dates back to the 19th century and run by the same family since then.
