"Nagaike Shinsui Koen" is the most famous parking lot for viewing spots of Mt. Fuji in Japan, located in Lake Yamanakako which is the closest lake to Mt. Fuji in Fuji Five Lakes (Kawaguchiko, Saiko, Shojiko and Motosuko).

Lake Yamanakako is only 90min. access from Tokyo.

During the early November to the late February, you will see the phenomenon called Diamond Fuji where the sun overlaps with the top of Mt. Fuji (in the case where the moon overlaps with the top of Fuji, the phenomenon is called Pearl Fuji).
